  1. To start SSQL, type SSQL.
  2. To stop SSQL, type EXIT.
  3. To get a copy of the documentation:
  4.   1. Turn on your printer
  5.   2. Adjust the paper so the printer head is at the perferation
  6.   3. Type PRINTDOC
  7.  
  8. If you have a previous version of SSQL, you need to run CONVERT to
  9. convert your .SQL files to .DBF and .SQD files.  To do this, run
  10. CONVERT while you are in the directory which contains the .SQL files.
  11. You can then delete the .SQL files.
